Hit a little wall today,

but just a little one. I did keep my peace, though my temper went a little erratic at the end. AND, the person that deserved the ire, was not on the receiving end of it, so in that instance, I did hit my goal as well (Shut my mouth and roll with it, for now.)

It’s still very early in this game and we haven’t even hit the end of the first inning. (that happens when I find that lateral move,,,).

And I am working on the next set of goals,,,

Some will obviously have to wait for better weather, seeing how they are ‘adventure’ oriented, and yah, around kayaks. Better weather being above 32 degrees. And there may be a chance for a leettle get-away this weekend if the weather liars are correct again: and boy howdy did they nail it for last weekend, down to the degree, though they missed the start of the white stuff falling by two hours,,,,, I can quite forgive them that little ‘slip’ seeing how they nailed the days to a T.

Yup, I am being a little snarky there. The whole weather thing has been getting better with the introduction of localized mini-weather stations sending real time information for data crunching AI. And the weather models are gaining accuracy for it. (too bad the group that started that trend, WeatherUnderground, were bought out first by The Weather Channel, and then by IBM and became a mess quickly thereafter. Their legacy is the micro-stations that they left behind,,,).

And we have a new year fast approaching,,,
Some are saying 2023 is when we really get to see how much of a mess has been created in the economy and Logistics,,,

I am no prognositcator. Just an active observer of things and I think if anything happens, it will be a doubling down on stoopid by those that are trying to fuck up the world for their own gains. Another Pandemic scare? Possibly,,,, More war and death and destruction so they can finish emptying out what economic advantages we MAY have remaining? Probably.

Makes this old grump want to hop in Lizzy or BJ, and head for the Gulf of Mexico, and not stop till I hit Belize…

Why Belize? Because its the one place I have dreamed of going, for well over a decade, but always knew it was just a fantasy with a probability of fruition near “Not in this lifetime”. (or hitting the lottery TWICE in the same week. LOL)

Well, I would find I had to stop, frequently, but you understand my point.

Anywhoos, That little wall I tripped over? Bossman being his usual social retarded self and made Friday mandatory for all hands (recall HE made it so we worked only four days a week so he can cut fuel costs down?). Well, since he shuttered the doors Monday for cold reasons, He ASSUMED that all hands would be good with working on Friday. I expect to see 2 or 3 of 7 show up. I’m going in, BUT demanding cash in hand at end of day. He wants to play games, I can too.

Anywhoos, some of what I wanted to say, didn’t say, and hit that little wall of “oops, target not acquired” was really because I have seen true natures and what has been seen can NOT be unseen. And when you see the mask slip, you start to notice other little “Tells” and fuel just gets added to the fire.
