Sunday, the day of rest,,,
Been messing with the ergometer for a full week now. Since Tuesday, its been 20 minutes a night. Set a music app for the time and start digging ‘water’,,,
Not tonight though. The body needs a break,,,
Did my usual ‘domestics day’; laundry, set up Da’s meds for the week, usual running to make means for the upcoming week.,,,
And felt flat uncomfortable all day. My shirt did not feel like it fit right. Too damned tight across shoulders pulling it into my neck, almost but not quite constricting there. This is a shirt I love wearing too, my ‘life is simple, just add water’ shirt (bday gift from a sis)
So I know the erg is doing ITS JOB, and apparently I am too. I can afford a day of rest. And should because there is a chance of self induced injury this early in the game.
But I wonder how I am going to do when I hit the water IRL,,,, better speed wise, I’m certain, but how about those distancees,,,
Dunno,,, will see
One more week of 20 minute sessions then I bump it up a notch.
