Welcome to my brain. It’s messy. It’s interesting. And it’s all connected if you stick around long enough. "Believe Nothing: no matter who said it, even if I have said it, except it agree with your own reason and common sense. Siddhartha Guatamo, the Buddha.

Shhh!!!

Just a little hide-away, silence so good I can hear my heartbeat,,,,

May have to fend off beaver if ya stayed long

But the ‘point’ is just relaxing as all get out,,

At least three viable spots for a tent, and too many places for peeps, like me, that run with hammocks. A couple different spots to beach a boat, and someone left the top of a 55gallon drum and has used it as the base for a fire spot.   Lots of small rocks to make fire rings.

And the only to get to it is by boat.  The 50’highwall isnt navigable without climbing gear.   It looks like this was a hill slide 30-40 years ago.  And thats around the time this lake was made, so that makes sense.   I’d imagine the wave it made was monstrous for such a small lake

BTW,  do not like the Aleutian paddle.  Live and learn right.  I could learn to like it, but I prefer my GPs: they are far more intuitive.   I have had regular euroblade paddlers using GPs in minutes, it would take much longer with the Aleut.  It looks really pretty though, and maybe I can pass it along at one of the kayak swap meets, but it just isnt ‘me’.

I am not much for the water but I do love a remote, inaccessible camp site.
