Welcome to my brain. It’s messy. It’s interesting. And it’s all connected if you stick around long enough. "Believe Nothing: no matter who said it, even if I have said it, except it agree with your own reason and common sense. Siddhartha Guatamo, the Buddha.

Big Country got me ta thinkin’

I’ve posted on here a time or two that I FEEL, pure speculation on my part, that our ‘forever wars’ were a from of ‘culling of the species’ to remove aggressive specimens from the gene pool.  A lot of conspiracy involved in that line of thought admittedly, but consider that Planned Parenthood was originally designed as a Eugenics project intended to cull inner city blacks, not as a convenient birth-control method.  Not conspiracy people, thats fact.  So why wouldn’t our forever wars, and I take this back to WW2 as well since its been purt much proven that our entry into that war was contrived by forces up high in the system.  That Roosevelt kept pushing policy that maneuvered Japan into doing something drastic, is fully documented.   How better to remove a potentially troublesome trait from the populace than by sending those very same into blood and danger before they have had a chance to breed in quantity.

BUT, BC makes mention that ‘its something in the water’, and he may well be right.  I am not so certain its just the water though.  We have found ways of feeding the world without raising our hectare usage, by using all sorts of chemicals and fertilizers, but we also started this thing with subsidized agriculture.  All that corn being planted, harvested, utilized is not all going straight to the supermarket.  A seriously large percentage of it (to lazy, don’t wanna look it up) goes into something most people would never guess at: alcohol production.  To make alcohol, you need sugar, and that is another large portion of that harvest: High Fructose corn syrup.   The problem with fructose, and is speculated its worse with the corn syrup, is that your body doesn’t really know how to process it, so it turns it into fat.  Enough fat builds up, and they start to become esters, and you can ‘smell’ the morbidly obese by the large amount of ketones they emit through their skin.   Three sugar types, Sucrose, Glucose and Fructose: your body KNOWS how to handle the first two and does so easily, that third one takes more effort, and is not intended to be the primary.  Think about it this way, Fruits tend to be harvested mostly in the late fall, BEFORE WINTER HITS, when everything with a life spark is packing on the weight to get through the lean months coming on.  Fruits are high in fructose (hence the hame I believe)  and help your body but a little aside for.your upcoming hibernation.

And that High Fructose Corn Syrup is in EVERYTHING, the bread you eat, the soda you slurp, you name it, its highly likely it has some HFCS in it, or that HCFS was used in its making.   Your alcohol is more than likely processed using HCFS, especially the cheaper types. 200 proof grain diluted, and with flavorings added to ‘make it right’.   Not all mind you, but don’t think for an instant that Jack Daniels can distill 500 million gallons of Tennessee whiskey every year and it all be legit topshelf brew.  (just guessing at that number and no, I am not picking on JD in particular, just trying to make a point.). Even your vinegar is likely to be made using HCFS made alcohol.  (note, I have seen, with my own eyes,  tanker cars of alcohol on the rails at Jim Beam distillery.  Not shipping, receiving, so you know that not all Beam is brewed in a barrel.   Even Budweiser’s ‘beechwood aged’ beer is not aged in a barrel, they put beechwood shavings in a huge vat to add that flavor in, thousands of gallons at a time.).

Soybeans.   Lots of controversy around soy; like anything, I feel ‘in moderation’ is key to any diet.   But start reading labels.  So many ingredients have been replaced by soy products due to its cost.  Oils, fillers, proteins, you name it, its probably a soy derivative.   There is a lot of rumors, myths, what have you, flying around about how a high soy diet increases estrogen in men.  I don’t know. how legit those stories are, but I do know that when I went on a Keto diet three years ago, and ditched anything that came out of a box, bag, or can, my soy intake became next to nothing, and my energy levels went through the roof.  My sleep patterns became what I would call normal (about 6 hours a night) and I lost the ‘gut’ with a quickness: and I made no changes to my exercise routines, which is to say, I paddled a kayak and worked my tail off during the week. (and talking about it, I need to get BACK onto the Keto. ).

So, is there something in the water(or food) making us docile sheep to be shorn at the Masters whims?   I have no proofs for you, but you can see many many points around and about that say “YES”.   Is there a plan to cull the aggressive from the populace? That one is a little more muddled, but it would go hand in hand with the Food thing.   BC mentions that whenever he went overseas, he felt better, had more energy, etc.   Is that because we are eating synthetic food in the US and other countries are more natural?  Or could it be that what is fed to personnel over-seas has additives to increase energy?   Who knows.  I do know that I have seen packaged food labeled ‘Not for general consumption, inmates or livestock use only”.  Re-read that last, Inmates or Livestock?   What the fuck is in the food that it could be labeled cross-use like that?  Sedatives maybe, keep the inmates docile so they don’t riot in the prisons, and to keep the livestock docile before slaughter?  If they are producing food like that for a specific set of groups, whats to say that there aren’t some high-jinks being played elsewhere.  The FDA has a lot of pull on things, and while they have to be public in their activity, now many people do you know are keeping a watch-dog eye on them?

To be honest, I am getting to the point where if it isn’t grown locally, I ain’t touching it.  I really need to kick my coca-cola habit, and not just because of the HFCS (Mexican coke is made with cane sugar, tastes better and doesn’t ‘sit heavy’ like the American brewed stuff.) I need to get back to coffee, tea or water, and I am not worried about MY water, I know where it comes from and I am responsible for its chemical status from collection to disposal. (Yes, I have a spring that collects in a water tank up the hill and feeds my house. I keep it clean and treated for buggies, and filter the hell out it for my drinking and cooking water.  I know what’s in it.  H2O and some trace minerals with just enough chlorine to keep the Giardia and other nasties at bay.). Luckily for me, here local, we have A LOT of people that garden or raise cattle, even if its only a few goats.  Goats not bad eatin’.  I just need to stop hitting the local grocery and start hitting the farmers markets.   There is a place across the border in TN that sells fresh Kow, by the pound to by the Side. Would need to build up my power situation to handle a deep freeze for that though: don’t wanna be running a Genny everyday just to keep meat solidly frozen. (noise discipline, not just a fuel thing.). And, of course, we have all kinds of wildlife running amok.   Saw a bull elk the other morning on my way out: would’ve dressed out near a thousand pounds.  He was a BIG boy.  Even a few Bison wandering the reclaimed strip-job one ridge over.  A guy was raising them and couldn’t keep ‘em penned, now they roam free and no one knows a thing if one comes up missing.(and we don’t have a Bison Season in KY,,,,  Just sayin’)

Sorry, I get distracted easily,,,

Here’s another arrow in the quiver of conspiracy: EBT cards.   They have been giving these things away like candy on halloween, loaded to the gills and mostly as Food Purchasing power.   BUT, there are limits as to what you can or can’t purchase with them.   Something to ponder anyways.

I can’t change the way food is processed or what ingredients they use, but I DO have the choice of not buying the crap, and thats the road I am going with.

Interesting thoughts and connecting of dots in this post. It’s scary to think that most of it is probably true. It makes sense.

Lot of it too when I was overseas that I failed to mention was I ate primarily ‘on the economy’ i.e. I bought at a local supermarket, my chikin generally came with feets and guts, (no head or feathers, go figure) and I had to do the nasty to prep it for the cookin’. The breads I got were all daily-fresh-made with ‘original grains’ i.e. zero GenMod, which, according to some of the whackier conspiracy theorists out there, Saddams refusal to allow the GenMod seeds into his country was just another reason we did the dirty to him (along with ALL the other shytte we pulled)

My pasta? Same thing. Made in Jordan, original grains… my eggs? Fresh and sure, the occasional embryo made it in there… whatevez.

NEVER ate the processed chow hall food. Lost over 180 pounds in less than a year, and now? Fat dumb bloated and trying to clean up, but as you said… almost impossible to get back to the pure foods of long ago, especially if’n you beez po’ folks like me.

Never thought of the booze factor… and that’s ANOTHER thing: when the BIAP Duty Free became next to impossible to get our hootch, I lern’t the fine art of distilling my own squeezin’s… rough at first (COFCOFHACK! “Holy shit!!! is this paint thinner!?!”) but eventually got it to where it was a smooooooth 114 Proof potable… and I only used sugar, yeast and some fine-ground wheat cereal as the brew for fermenting…

Might have to further expound on this… Thanks Bro!

I have little doubt as to the veracity of the suppositions posed with regard to the food supply. A lot of info out there on fluoride, the absolutely evil HFCS, and of course soy (see impact on estrogen levels). Interesting to ponder the plummeting sperm counts over the last 2 or 3 decades in conjunction with all of this too.
Kudos on the keto. I lost a total of 70 lbs with it and felt much better even before the bulk of the weight loss. There is a correlation with a sharp increase in inflammation associated with higher carb intakes. Inflammation is a slow insidious destroyer and leads to a host of chronic progressive disease states. Have convinced some colleagues, family, and patients to try and the results have been overwhelmingly positive.
Funny how much of a good life comes from returning to older and simpler ways of living eh? Seems like there is a lesson in there somewhere. Perhaps the independence of those that live in rural areas with well water, and where folks raise or hunt their food, is not all cultural? How much is because of the nature of their sustenance?
Good info and points to ponder BC and Dio.
