So now what???

Looking over the wording of what the Judges said in the their dismissal of the Texas Lawsuit, they implied what they would hear over what they dismissed. Personally I think this is Bullshit, another example of Rule of Politicks vs Rule of Law. Especially BS seeing how these Judges are supposed to be beyond politicks (but that has proven time and again to NOT be so)

But where to now? I mean, Trump can keep trying the legal system until the clock runs out, but by then, I think his apparent legitimacy will be heavily questioned by outside observers and getting heavy handed then will be a mark against him. If he gets heavy handed now, even if only to force a re-vote under tight tolerances (citizen IDs, paper ballots, the inky fingers, nuetral observers. ) I think things would be a little more palatable then later on closer to the finish-line of January 20th. Using force, for the short term of goal of an honest election for the people, is far more forgivable than forcing half the population to fall in line ‘because I said so’. That last would be all the justification the left would need to ramp up the calls of “FASCIST!!!!” and they would have actions supporting it then.

And Enemedia be damned as they will spin shit against him even if he were the frickin messiah reborn.

But to keep playing by house rules is a guaranteed lose. They already have shown they hold the dealers and the card shuffling machines. (They changed the rules in their favor so whats to stop Trump from stonewalling them with a re-vote?)

Now most of my regulars know I try to see as many sides as I can get my pointy little head around. One issue I can see from using martial law to force a new Vote would be some states refusing to abide. (I can think of 4 right off the top, and with a little imagination I could probably come up with another 20) I don’t have enough legal background to know how a Federal Decalaration of Martial Law plays out on the State scene. I do know that Lincoln used the powers of the Executive Branch to Jail Governors, Selectmen, and even Publishers during the WoNA, and the fact that Trump has chosen to not pursue such matters tells me he is more honorable than the supposedly ‘Honest Abe’.

Ok, I’m rambling a little: its Sunday, and I am struggling with a car repair, so a touch of distracted from the mess.

But I want to plead with those on the left for a moment. PLEASE, open your eyes, look around. ASK SOME QUESTIONS. People like me on the right WILL answer them without getting up in your face and calling you names or trying bust your skull into the pavement. We aren’t ‘wired ‘ like that. But if this Flagrant twisting of law and statistical impossibilities is allowed to stand by the system it wishes to control: the right will flip the switch. And that switch only resets when the enemy is kneeling in subjugation or DEAD. As in all of ’em!!! Yes, that even means those that voted honestly (if delusional and in ignorance). You do not want to go down this road. I could point you to many many sites where calling for blood of the left is reaching levels I’ve never seen before. And they aren’t talking JUST the leaders, but EVERY liberal. Think Ideological Genocide. No re-education camps, just a bullet or a noose. Do you want that? Leaders (?) like AOC have already called for such against the right; many on the right are willing to “return the sentiment”.
