I find it interesting that Rueters would publish this report after SEVERAL other security system analysts report the exact opposite and have published their findings, SOURCE CODE, and real-time video of vote substitution in action.

And then there is the continuing “vote creep” taking place on the election map as recounts and investigations are taking place.

Seems more like its smoke to cover the trails of the guilty,

    Seems to me that the smoke is coming from all of the dumpster fires where they are burning all of the evidence they can find.
