A term new to me; “insufficiently woke” . And the hits just keep coming.
That last at first made me laugh, until the ominous undertones hit me. Think ‘re-education camps’, ala PRC, or take another look at an older Television Series called “Amerika” for an example of those.
In whitewater sports, paddlers will ship to shore if possible and scout the upcoming waters for passable routes. Watching current events◇, I am looking for those strainers, holes, keepers, and stoppers; and what I am seeing would be verging on a class 6 set of rapids.
Class 6 is ‘impossible’ until ‘its been passd’ by one person, intact. It then takes the designation 5.x.
We’ll get through this, but we will be scraping hull, keel, and elbows, and more than a few won’t see the smooth water on the other side, but somehow, we will make it. Will smooth water be called ‘the United States’ ? Or something else?
I guess if ya really wanna know, best buckle on that PFD, grab that paddle and start giving it hell.
