Am I the only frog thinking the water is getting too warm for comfort?

For the record Gov of KY mandated face masks in public for all. I wasn’t aware of this until this afternoon, but apparently this is two week old news. Sorry, but I still feel the same way about all of this crap as I did 2 months ago. I’ve even been in discussion over it with KNOWN socialists and argued my points (and even flippin apologized when I said something rude!)Seeing source info from there, other source info spread around the nets, the world, and opinions from a couple of health pros I talk to, my opinion is still that this has been blown up for a reason and NOT the one claimed.Of course the usual ‘Cui Bono” is the path we need to follow. Who benefits? Follow the money. Follow the power flows. It certainly is not the people of this country. It isnt the small business owner trying to survive. But politicians seem to be doing quite well. Even the state workers who are not able to work at thier jobs are doing pretty good.Just saying,,, To those that want Socialism, you got it! This is just the front of the wave so ya might want to find something to hold onto.

    Yeah , so far only the bottom end is taking the major hit. Mostly in the hospitality industries. Tourism , vanity places with their services. Construction certainly hasn’t slowed around these parts , if anything it has increased.
    Never really has been the lethality that was the issue with this bug. More so it is the ease of contagion asymptomatic transfer and the consequences of overwhelming the system is the real threat.
    Definitely something going on , which isn’t being said. My wife tells me the only access to the Bank account is via the ATM. No drive up or walk in…just got that stimulus check in the mail too. Dunno how I’m supposed to cash it…told the old lady that , there’s got to be a drive up open in one of the twenty branches the BOA has in this city…
    Perhaps it was a way around the bank holiday rules ?
    Or just another wedge , to force us to use electronic methods of banking ?
    Interesting times hmm ?

      Interesting may the understatement of the year to date.
      That whole stimulus package thing perplexes me. Too much for comments though, may be a post about it. As for them forcing us into electronic banking, I’ve posted about that already, still makes me nervous even though I’ve been there for years. (At least by choice, take that away and I get perturbed!)
